Cancellation policy
Our digital marketing services require strategic planning, time investment, and resource allocation; therefore, clients may cancel their services by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. If cancellation is requested before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any consultation, onboarding, or administrative fees. Once work has started or deliverables have been initiated, payments for completed work are non refundable. For monthly retainer services, fees already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded, and services will continue through the end of that cycle. Advertising budgets paid to third party platforms such as Google or Meta are strictly non refundable. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly so we can work toward a mutually satisfactory resolution.
